Accent HR provides HR expertise to organisations that give cultural underrepresented groups a voice, helping them to express their value in Australian society. Typically these organisations know the basic legal requirements to have employees but their HR practices do not fully reflect the culture(s) they support. This is where I come in.

Australia is a very multicultural country, but most employment practices rely on anglo-saxon standards. Accent HR specialises in weaving cultural adaptation into all your HR practices. There are two main areas I help on:

Accent HR partners with organisations to create and review their employment strategies from a cultural diversity perspective. To be clear, if you want someone to help you organise a diversity day where everyone brings food from their culture, Accent HR is not right partner to help you. On the other hand, if you genuinely have an appetite to make your workplace culturally inclusive in all its aspects of employment, Accent HR can help.
